The Program presents the classic subjects of Design, Pattern-making, Garment Construction, Costume History, Textile theory as well as the specialization courses of Couture & Avant-garde and Fashion Branding, which is the business study of creating and executing a new fashion label. The Program closes the full circle from design conceptualization through readymade product to marketing and equips the students with the necessary knowledge on developing and mastering their skills and enables them to understand, learn and practice fashion design as a profession and as a business. The outcome is that the learners are properly trained as fashion designers and are able to launch their own clothing label or start a career in the industry.
